【岗位职责】

1-Assist the Central Procurement department in all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with them.
2-Manage weekly supplier communication channels to stay on top of all outstanding orders.
3- Assisting the Central procurement department to be committed to the lead time for each supply order through continuous follow-up of suppliers and providing all the data necessary for supply on time.
4- Follow up on suppliers in sending all Shipping Documents and review that the shipment DOCs, complete the data required by the central Procurement team, whether quality or analysis certificates.
5- Continuous work alongside the central Procurement department to implement the saving plan and continuous follow-up with suppliers in sending price offers on the required dates.
6-Searching for second suppliers for the raw materials specified by the Central procurement Department according to the 2nd supplier plan to add new suppliers.
7-Sending monthly reports on visits to suppliers’ factories, detailing all developments about the factories in all aspects, whether production capacity, new products, or equipment and Enhance quality OF suppliers management system through Quality agreements , physical audit and visiting suppliers on our behalf .
8-Sending the dates of organized exhibitions within the country, sending a list of exhibitors’ names, and facilitating and organizing the Central Procurement Department’s visit to exhibitions or factories.
9-Find new sources of raw materials, packaging materials and excipients with competitive prices and compliant documents as per our Ministry of health requirements.

【任职要求】

1、学士学位，本科；（Bachelor's degree）

2、医药专业，或至少为化学专业（Pharmacy or at least in Chemistry industry ）

【薪资待遇】

2500-3000美金
