Project Manager (Arch)

• Prepare architectural Design Brief; assist to prepare other Design Briefs.
• Prepare tender for design consultant. Assess tender documents and prepare tender reports.
• Review architectural design and technical drawings. Assist to review drawings from other disciplines.
• Develop and manage the design schedules.
• Prepare presentation documents.
• Assess technical tender for main contractor/sub-contractors.
• conduct regular/daily site checks to assist construction team for on-site implementation of design & quality of work
• Establish quality control procedure & its enforcement
• Liaise with local authorities on matters related to approvals. Prepare relevant documents.
• Assess final account on related items.
• In-house planning/design
• Any other duties assigned by the Team Leader
