Specialist / Operation Support Specialist
一、 Responsibilities
1. Lead Management: Collect, qualify and distribute overseas sales leads;maintain the CRM system to ensure efficient follow‑ up on potentialcustomers.
2. Order & Project Tracking: Assist Project/Sales Managers in tracking the end‑ to‑ end order cycle; coordinate with factory, logistics, and quality teams; provide timely status updates anddrive issue resolution.
3. Process & SOP Optimization: Draft and refine operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); conduct regular reviews and implement efficiency improvements.
4. Cross‑ Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Support teams to ensure quotes, contracts, and shipping processes are standardized and seamless.
5. Marketing Event Support: Support preparation for overseas exhibitions, webinars, and online campaigns; compile event kits, equipment manuals, and presentation materials.
6.Data Analysis & Reporting:Regularly consolidate operations and sales metrics (e.g., lead conversion rate, order fulfillment rate, customer satisfaction); prepare KPI dashboards toprovide visual insights for leadership.
7.Business Trip Support: Undertake occasional domestic and international travel as required; participate in on‑ site customer visits, equipment installation/commissioning, and after‑ sales follow-up.
二、Requirements
1. Bachelor ’ s degree or above in HVAC Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of operations/maintenance or sales- support experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.

运营支持工程师/专家
一、岗位职责
1. 销售线索管理:收集、筛选并分配海外市场销售线索,维护 CRM 系统,确保潜在客户
高效跟进
2. 订单与项目跟踪:协助项目经理/业务经理跟进从下单到交付的全流程进度,协调工厂、
物流、质检等环节,及时反馈状态并推动问题解决
3. 流程及 SOP 优化:编写并完善运营流程及标准作业流程(SOP),定期评审并推进效
率改进
4. 跨部门协调:与产品、市场、财务、技术支持等团队紧密对接,确保报价、合同及发货

5. 市场活动支持:协助筹备海外展会、网络研讨会及线上推广,整理展会资料包、设备手
册及演示文档
6. 数据分析与报告:定期汇总运营和销售数据(如线索转化率、订单完成率、客户满意度
等),编制 KPI 报表,为管理层决策提供可视化支持
7. 临时及出差支持:根据业务需要,接受不定期国内外出差,参与现场客户拜访、设备安
装调试及售后回访
二、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,暖通工程(HVAC)、工业工程、机械工程、环境工程或相关专业;
2. 1–3 制造业或工业设备及相关行业运营/运维或销售支持经验;
3. 英语语言能力优秀,CET- 6 及以上,具备良好的听说读写能力
4. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT),具备基础数据分析能力,能够运
用图表和报表帮助团队洞察运营瓶颈;
5. 沟通协调能力强,责任心强,具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力;
6. 能接受不定期出差,服从公司的安排,具备较强的现场执行力和适应能力。
