Job Description: • Manage the daily commercial operations • Manage a group of 2-3 team leaders; support the individuals in their performance and individual development • Travel together with the team members and establish and maintain customer relationships • Execute against the annual targets set by management and report monthly financial updates against the growth targets • Create a 3- 5 year strategic plan, set priorities for the team and execute against the agreed priorities • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities to ensure a long-term healthy growth of the business • Together with marketing, provide clear analysis and strategic direction for the US market Requirements: • A high energy leader with a great sense of ownership. • Exhibit a sense of urgency and independent initiative toward accomplishing objectives • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automatic, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years professional work experience, with expertise in sales and a minimum of 5 years of management of a team is required • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-national company, expertise with distributors is a strong advantage • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire people to reach a common goal • Effective communication and presentation skills • Excellent skill in oral and written English
