分析研究员

岗位职责:

1.Perform all analytical activities associated with media development, including compounds quantitation in media, antibody characterization and novel modalities assays.

2.Optimize or develop analytical methods and conduct method validation.

3.Investigate the deviation happened during analysis independently and cooperate with internal clients to get a solution.

4.Draft standard operation procedures on equipment and experimental process.

5.Accountable for lab management, such as equipment maintenance.

6.Effective communication of data/results through written documentation and oral presentation.

任职要求:

1.Master’s degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical engineering and analytical chemistry.

2.2-4 years of experience in chemicals analysis, protein quality analysis and novel modality analysis.

3.Operational experience in using HPLC, MS (mass spectrometer) and CE (capillary electrophoresis), particularly, understanding the basic principles of spectrometry, such as triple quadrupole and time of flight, is necessary.

4.Fluent oral English is needed.
