Overall job purpose/工作目标概括：
Ø
Handle daily warehouse receiving work on
materials and products including Bio-finished products.
负责仓库物料和产品包括生物制品的日常收货、取样工作。
Ø Support function manager on EHS compliance/implementation within
department.
支持区域负责人在本部门范围内开展合规工作。
Responsibilities/工作职责：
Ø Compliance (EHS/GMP/CUSTOMS)/（EHS/GMP/关务）合规：
Ÿ
Strictly follow regulation\SOP
requirements, execute the operations with GMP common sense, fulfil Data
Integrity requirements every time, all the time.
严格遵守法规、程序的要求，同时按照GMP常识进行操作，时时刻刻满足数据完整性的要求。
Ÿ
Point out the
activities or issues which is not compliance, report to manager in timely
manner.
及时指出任何违反合规性的操作和事件，并及时向上级经理汇报
Ÿ Ensure operation of warehouse meet the
EHS requirements, GMP regulation and SOP. Ensure material of warehouse meet the
EHS and Qulilty requirements.
确保仓库操作符合并遵守所有的EHS要求，GMP规定和仓库SOP，确保仓库存储物资的符合安全、质量要求。
Ÿ Supervise and Oversee EHS
compliance/programs implementation at work area.
监督维护工作区域EHS合规的实施情况
Ø Responsible for handle
materials and product by using forklift and other equipment efficiently and accurately.
负责使用叉车或其他设备高效准确的搬运物料和产品。
Ø
Responsible for relavant operation of ERP system
in warehouse module.
负责仓库模块ERP系统的操作。
Ø
Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accurately.
执行常规盘点,确保库存准确率。
Ø
Perform regular housekeeping activities and proper disposal of waste to
ensure warehouse is clean and organised at all times.
执行仓库日常清洁和废物处理工作并保持仓库区域整洁有序。
Ø
Propose and progress continuous improvement of working environment.
提议和跟进工作环境的持续改善。
Ø
Perform sampling on incoming materials, bulk and
finished products in accordance with SOPs, and properly document each related activity
in a timely manner.
依照SOP，对辅料，散片和包材等等进行取样，及时并合适的对各相关活动进行记录。
Ø
Sampling tools / label / area preparation, sampling
and cleaning after sampling, and hand over to related person for testing.
负责取样工具/标签/区域的准备、取样、取样后清洁，以及交接给相关测试人员。
Ø
Other tasks are assigned by superiors.
其他上级安排的工作。
Skills,
Performances & Competences required by the position:

Ø
At least 2 years warehouse working experience,
GMP knowledges is prefer
两年以上仓库工作经验，GMP经验优先
Ø
Junior college graduated with basic computer
skills
大专及以上学历，掌握一定的计算机技能
Ø
Be willing to be hard work as teamwork member
有团队精神，能承受工作压力
Ø Forklift license is must
and have good operation skills
持有叉车证并且技术熟练
