Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

The post holder is
responsible for building and maintaining the operation system of the logistics
department in accordance with
relevant company regulations as well as industry definitions.

Tasks/Responsibility

Reviewing of Customer shipping requests only shipping requests to
ensure in-time delivery.

Organizing and coordinating special shipping arrangements as necessary

Tracking and fixing shipping errors.

Preparing bills and invoices

Coordination of internal and external warehouses.

Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet need.

Managing distribution and shipment budgets.

Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

Ensure that the production line is fed on time to avoid production interruptions due to missing material

Setting up logistic warehouse management for inbound, outbound and other logistics processes

Develop packaging concepts for suppliers and internal logistics and set standards

Nature of the Position

Normal shift, available for shift work according to company needs;

Network

Supplier, Customers, Transportation Logistics，Warehouse Logistics.
