崗位職責：
1.透過LinkedIn、行業社群、展會等多元化渠道，自主開發並轉化海外高質量企業客戶；
2.獨立接待來訪的國際客戶，作為專業的SaaS顧問，為客戶提供定制化解決方案；
3.系統化跟進客戶全生命週期，建立長期信任關係，提升客戶留存與續費率；
定期梳理客戶跟進情況，用數據驅動決策，並向負責人清晰匯報工作進展與市場洞察；
4.深度參與國際化團隊協作，在實戰中快速掌握前沿的SaaS銷售方法與跨文化商務技巧。

任職資格：
1.本科及以上學歷，具備出色的學習與溝通能力（英語、國際貿易、商務英語專業優先）；
2.英語六級或同等以上水平，口語流利，能作為工作語言與海外客戶順暢溝通（口語優異者，底薪可談）；
3.具備良好的職業形象與商務素養，能專業地代表公司與國際客戶對接；

Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and convert high-quality overseas enterprise clients through diverse channels (LinkedIn, industry communities, exhibitions, etc.);
Independently host visiting international clients, acting as a professional SaaS consultant to provide customized solutions;
Systematically manage the entire client lifecycle, build long-term trust, and improve client retention and renewal rates;
Regularly organize follow-up progress, leverage data-driven insights, and clearly report progress and market intelligence to supervisors;
Deeply collaborate within an international team, rapidly mastering cutting-edge SaaS sales methodologies and cross-cultural business skills in real-world scenarios.
