QC(常驻宁波）

工作职责：1. 针对公司每个订单，到生产工厂进行相应产品生产工序检测工作。
2. 根据客户要求及相关流程标准，严格把关发货前（初期，中期，尾期）验货，确保货物品检、包装、发货装箱达标、发货等各环节执行无误。
3. 对货物的状况作出准确的判断，并完成相应的验货报告及时发送给公司。
4. 发现产品问题，提出处理建议，对于潜在问题予以汇报与提出预防方法。
5. 负责产品测试与分析，并根据测试异常问题向工厂提出改善要求。
6. 完成上级指派的其他工作任务。
1. Perform product related inspections according to the purchase order at the manufacturing site.
2. Strictly monitor and control the quality according to customer’s requirement and related process standards before ship to ensure the quality, packing, marking and shipping are within specs.
3. Make an accurate judgment based on the inspection result, complete the corresponding inspection report and report to the company promptly.
4. Find out quality problem, provide solutions, report on potential problems, and provide preventative actions.
5. Responsible for product testing, analysis and propose improvement based on the test results.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
1. 3 years + QC related experience, able to travel, work well under pressure.
2. Familiar with packaging products, cosmetic packaging industry, production process and quality requirements.
3. Familiar with AQL inspection.
4. Good work ethics,responsible, have the experience and ability to report and resolve problems on the spot.
5. Good English skill, able to write email and report in English.
6. Follow instructions,strong implementation and able to adapt high intensity and fast paced working environment.
任职要求：
1. 有3年以上QC相关经验，能适应出差; 具有一定的抗压性。
2. 熟悉日化用品，化妆品包材行业，生产工艺和品质要求。
3. 具备一定塑料工程知识， 拥有一定的塑料产品加工工艺。
4. 熟悉验货AQL知识与能力。
5. 工作品德优良, 认真负责，有现场解决汇报并解决问题的能力和经验。
6. 懂英文，所有QC报告和邮件需要用英文书写。
7. 服从能力高，执行能力强，能适应高强度及快节奏的工作环境。
