产品工程师岗位职责要求 Application Engineer Responsibilities

岗位职责
1、产品开发与设计
· 负责汽车管路产品（如燃油管、制动管、冷却管等）的开发与设计，确保符合行业标准及客户需求。
· 参与从概念设计到量产的全流程，协调跨部门团队（研发、生产、质量、采购等）推进项目进度。
2、技术支持与问题解决
· 为生产现场提供技术支持，解决产品生产过程中的技术问题，优化工艺参数。
· 分析客户反馈，推动产品改进和成本优化。
3、测试与验证
· 制定并执行产品测试计划，确保产品性能、可靠性及安全性达标。
· 编写测试报告及技术文档，配合认证工作。
4、法规与标准遵循
· 跟踪行业法规（如 ISO、IATF、GB 等）及客户规范，确保产品合规。
· 参与新材料、新工艺的可行性研究与应用。

Job Duties
1. Product Development & Design
· Lead the development and design of automotive tubing products (e.g., fuel pipes, brake lines, coolant hoses) to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality, procurement) to drive projects from concept to mass production.
2. Technical Support & Problem-solving
· Provide on-site technical support for production lines, resolve technical issues during manufacturing, and optimize process parameters.
· Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvement and cost optimization.
3. Testing & Validation
· Develop and execute product testing plans to ensure performance, reliability, and safety compliance.
· Prepare test reports and technical documentation for certification purposes.
4. Regulatory Compliance
· Monitor industry regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF, GB) and customer specifications to ensure product compliance.
· Participate in feasibility studies and application of new materials and processes.

语言能力要求
· 中文：母语水平，良好的书面及口头表达能力。
· 英文：CET-4 或同等水平，能熟练阅读技术文档并进行商务沟通。
Language Requirements
· Chinese: Native proficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills.
· English: CET-4 or equivalent, fluent in technical document reading and business communication.

学历要求
· 专科及以上学历，机械工程、材料科学与工程、车辆工程等相关专业。
Education Requirements
· College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.

技能要求
1、熟悉汽车管路产品设计流程及相关标准（如 SAE、ISO 6194 等）。
2、熟练使用 CAD 软件（如 CATIA、UG、SolidWorks）及仿真工具（如 ANSYS、ABAQUS）。
3、具备项目管理能力，熟悉 APQP、PPAP 等流程。
4、良好的数据分析能力，能运用 Excel、Python 等工具进行问题分析。

Skills Requirements
1. Familiarity with automotive tubing product design processes and standards (e.g., SAE, ISO 6194).
2. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, UG, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
3. Project management skills, with knowledge of APQP, PPAP, etc.
4. Strong data analysis capabilities using tools like Excel, Python, etc.

· 适应短期出差（如供应商或客户现场支持）。

Additional Requirements
