一、主要职责（Key Accountabilities）
1. 全面负责维修部设备、自动化工作，通过绩效考核提升团队工作效率；统筹管理维修团队，保障团队工作有序推进。
Take overall responsibility for equipment and automation works in the maintenance team; improve team efficiency through performance appraisal; and conduct overall management of the maintenance team to ensure the orderly progress of team work.
2. 建立并完善设备管理体系，制定三级生产设备维修计划（重点为预防性维修方案）并组织实施，降低设备故障率，确保生产设施稳定高效运行。
Establish and improve the equipment management system; develop 3-level production equipment maintenance plans (with priority on preventive maintenance programs) and organize the implementation; reduce equipment failure rates to ensure stable and efficient operation of production facilities.
3. 负责新采购设备及技术改造项目的安装、调试、验收等现场工作；统筹管理工厂（Capex）项目相关的设备维修与技术支持事宜。
Be responsible for on-site works such as installation, commissioning and acceptance of newly purchased equipment and technological transformation projects; conduct overall management of equipment maintenance and technical support related to the plant Capex projects.
4. 管理备件，制定合理库存计划，控制维修成本；推进备件优化工作。
Manage spare parts, develop reasonable inventory plans and control maintenance costs; promote spare parts optimization.
5. 组织资源开展员工专业培训，提升团队业务技能，为公司储备技术力量。Organize resources to carry out professional training for employees, improve their professional skills, and reserve technical forces for the company.
6. 确保变更管理（MOC）流程的严格执行。
ensure the strict implementation of the Management of Change (MOC) process.
7. 负责外部服务商的工作质量管理，涵盖仪表、消防设备、电梯等设备的定期检验工作。与主要设备供应商保持联系，保障合作顺畅。
Be responsible for the work quality management of external service providers,
covering the regular inspection of instruments, fire-fighting equipment, elevators and other equipment. Maintain contact with major equipment suppliers to ensure smooth cooperation.
8. 制定工厂土建及结构的年度维修计划，确保执行。
Develop the annual maintenance plan for the factory's civil engineering and structure, to ensure that all tasks is fully implemented.
二、任职资格与经验（Qualifications & Experience）
- 机械或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 具备至少5年设备及工厂管理经验，拥有团队领导及管理能力。
At least 5 years of experience in equipment and factory management, with team leadership and management capabilities.
三、能力与技能（Competencies & Skills）
- 熟练使用Office、AutoCAD等办公及设计软件。
Proficient in using Office, AutoCAD and other office and design software.
- 熟悉ISO及TS16949质量管理体系知识。
Familiar with ISO and TS16949 quality management system knowledge.
- 具备SAP维修模块操作能力，了解工厂Capex项目管理流程。
Have the operation ability of SAP maintenance module and understand the management process of factory Capex projects.
- 具备良好的供应商管理、成本控制及项目统筹能力。
Have good supplier management, cost control and project overall planning capabilities.
- 基础英语能力，读写可借助工具完成工作任务与书面沟通；听说以传需为核心，主动提问不臆断，口语可放缓或借助工具，持续学习提升。
Basic English proficiency: reading/writing – complete work tasks and written communication with tools; listening/speaking –focus on needs transmission, ask proactively (avoid assumptions), speak slowly or with tools; continuously learn and improve.
