PURPOSE:
This is a development sales position within the TPWEAR Company, reporting to Sales Manager /Director China. The incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue. His key activities will directly contribute to sales growth; marketing development and distribution channel development for the Heavy industrial markets in the East China territory.
该职位为TPWEAR公司销售岗位,向中国区域销售经理/销售总监汇报;主要工作是在中国华东区域内致力于重工业领域市场的销售快速增长、市场开发和渠道拓展。职责范围面向众多重工业领域行业销售TPWEAR公司产品。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
任职要求及经验
Minimum University/College Entrance or equivalent
大专或本科毕业资格
Relevant working experience in Incineration industry&veterans is preferred
有垃圾发电行业工作经历或退伍军人优先
Mechanical aptitude essential
具备机械基础知识
Minimum 3 years demonstrated sales experience. Strong experience in channel and end-users sales.
至少有3 年以上的从事渠道和直销的销售经验
Minimum 3 years sales & Marketing experience in Heavy duty industry (Coal Fired power plant /Cement/Steel/Mine industry/Incineration plant).
具有面向矿业、水泥、火电厂、钢铁、垃圾发电客户,具有3年以上销售市场工作经验;
Being familiar with mining, cement, power, steel, incinerate, Wear Protection and Anti-corrosive Market is preferred
熟悉矿业,水泥,火电厂,钢铁,垃圾发电行业,并对耐磨保护及防腐其市场有良好认识者优先;
Marketing skills an advantage
良好的市场开发技能及悟性
Advanced inter-personal, negotiation and planning skills
善于人际关系处理、协调和规划技能
Successful Time & Territory planning experience vital.
成功的时间管理和区域规划经历及能力,非常重要
High degree of PC literacy very important.

Actual vs. Sale Budget (for revenue)
实际销售额和目标销售额的完成比率
Successful developed new customer number in regional
成功开发的新客户数量
Account receivable on time rate
回款及时率
To get approval and submit timely the territory sales plans(6Rs&ABC Tables&Sales Sys.) in accordance with the company’s business cycle
根据公司业务惯例,定期提交区域销售计划并得到批准 (如:6Rs&ABC Tables &Sales Sys.)
To conduct competent product demonstrations and installations as needed for promotions or sales purposes.
进行以销售为目的的产品宣讲和产品演示操作相关活动
Provide records showing regular calling upon and regular training of customer base.(information questionnaire& cost-benefit analysis)
基于单个客户拜访和产品培训,按时提交工作进程报告(信息调查表&价值分析报告)
Optimum of 30 calls per month
每月不少于30次的客户拜访
Monthly Territory Report with Quarterly OKR Review
每月提供区域销售工作报表,每季度OKR回顾
Make competent product demonstrations and install DEMOS as needed to produce samples for promoting/selling the product offering.
根据需要制作销售工作所需的样品,安装测试打样相关的制作及演示
Participate Sales and Marketing meeting Regularly
参加定期的市场和销售会议
Meet annual territory expense budget and submit expense reports and claims as required by Finance department.
不超支区域费用预算,根据财务部要求递交费用报销
Ratio of expenses to sales & operating profit
销售和营业利润比例
Maintenance and use of company property in line with stated policy
维护和遵守公司财产政策
