Key Account Manager (Heavy Industry)
核心岗位职责
1. 负责火电、钢铁、矿山、风电、船舶、石化等一个或多个行业的大客户/头部客户/集团客户开发、维护与深度合作,建立长期稳定的战略合作关系;
Responsible for the development, maintenance and in-depth cooperation of key customers/leading customers/group customers in one or more industries such as thermal power, iron and steel, mining, wind power, marine, petrochemical, and establish long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations;
2. 制定并执行大客户销售策略、年度销售计划与项目跟进方案,统筹项目全流程(方案、报价、招投标、合同、交付、回款);
Formulate and implement key account sales strategies, annual sales plans and project follow-up plans, coordinate the whole project process (solutions, quotations, bidding, contracts, delivery, payment collection);
3. 定期拜访大客户高层与技术/采购/生产负责人,深度挖掘客户在耐磨、防腐、防护等方面的系统需求;
Regularly visit senior executives and technical/purchase/production principals of key customers, and deeply explore customers' systematic needs for wear resistance, anti-corrosion, protection, etc.;
4. 为大客户提供定制化解决方案、产品培训、技术交流、价值分析报告等专业支持,提升客户满意度与复购率;
Provide key customers with professional support such as customized solutions, product training, technical exchanges, value analysis reports, etc., to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate;
5. 跟进项目进度与回款计划,确保回款及时率、销售额达成率、毛利率等核心指标完成;
Follow up project progress and payment collection plan to ensure the completion of core indicators such as timely payment rate, sales achievement rate and gross profit margin;
6. 收集行业政策、市场竞争、客户动态等信息,输出行业分析与市场拓展建议,参与公司市场与产品规划;
Collect information such as industry policies, market competition and customer dynamics, output industry analysis and market expansion suggestions, and participate in the company's market and product planning;
7. 维护公司品牌形象,打造标杆客户案例,提升公司在重工业领域的行业影响力。
Maintain the company's brand image, build benchmark customer cases, and enhance the company's industry influence in the heavy industry field.
任职资格要求 - 学历:大专及以上学历,机械、材料、冶金、电气、船舶、化工、新能源等相关专业优先;
Education: College degree or above, major in machinery, materials, metallurgy, electrical, ship, chemical engineering, new energy and other related fields is preferred; -
经验:3年及以上重工业销售经验,具备火电 / 钢铁 / 矿山 / 风电 / 船舶 / 石化任一行业或多行业大客户/直销/渠道销售经验者优先;
Experience: 3 years or more sales experience in heavy industry, experience in key account/direct sales/channel sales in any one or more industries of thermal power / iron and steel / mining / wind power / marine / petrochemical is preferred;
技能:熟悉工业产品销售流程,具备大客户谈判、项目运作、招投标、方案呈现能力,熟练使用办公软件,具备基础英文读写能力优先;
Skills: Familiar with industrial product sales process, have the ability of key account negotiation, project operation, bidding, solution presentation, proficient in office software, basic English reading and writing ability is preferred;
素养:目标感强、自我驱动、抗压能力强,具备优秀的商务谈判、沟通协调、资源整合与客户经营能力;
Competencies: Strong sense of goal, self-driven, good ability to work under pressure, with excellent business negotiation, communication and coordination, resource integration and customer management capabilities;
