职位描述

供应商质量工程师汽车电子产品新能源汽车充电桩
岗位描述:
1. 组织并推进新能源充电类产品开发流程中质量模块建设,基于风险的思维配合项目经理对项目流程进行适当梳理裁剪;
2. 定期与(日系、美系)主机厂客户(项目/质量等)电话会议跟进项目开发状况、工厂审核问题、 PPAP 相关要求的落实情况;
3. 监控流程执行过程中的质量活动(如变更等),对过程活动和交付件进行审核;
4. 汇总并分析项目及量产后各类质量问题,跟进改善措施及效果验证;
5. 作为与 CM 工厂质量的对接窗口,监督及协调工厂质量应对潜在及现有客户的现场审核;
6. 负责识别产品关键及重要质量特性,制定开发阶段项目质量要求,监控生产 CP 计划的落实;
7. 新能源汽车(非车端)外部充电产品研发或质量岗位背景;
8. 能尽职尽责的完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格:
1、机械工程及自动化等工学背景 本科及以上学历;
2、充电桩 Tier1(一级供应商)5年以上,汽车行业质量岗背景为必备要求;
3、新能源汽车充电类产品项目开发质量、生产质量管理背景经验优先;
4、熟悉汽车行业的相关规范IATF16949, APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA;
5、熟悉质量检验,质量管理的理念及方法 如 QC七大手法.PDCA.8D等质量工具,有 VDA6.3,VDA6.5, IATF16949、ISO9001 内审员资历优先;
6、工作积极主动,认真负责,严谨细致, 有强烈的责任心,抗压能力强,良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神;
7、英语口语流利。
