种植技术员

(I) Job Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for the cultivation management of cherry crops on the farm, including pest and disease control, fertilization and irrigation, pollination, temperature control, and crop protection.
b) Responsible for detailed data collection, recording, and documentation of crops and their growth on the farm.
c) Guide planting activities, conduct field management, and optimize planting, harvesting, safety, and hygiene procedures.
d) Assist the Planting Manager in organizing production, managing workers, and handling materials.
e) Assist management in communicating and coordinating with local government, village committees, and other relevant stakeholders.
f) Other tasks assigned by superiors.

(II) Qualifications:
a) Age: 30–45 years old.
b) Reports to: Farm Manager.
c) Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an agricultural or forestry university, majoring in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
d) Work Experience: 5–10 years of relevant planting technical experience; cherry planting experience is preferred.
e) Language: Chinese and English.

(III) Skills & Competencies:
a) Hardworking and resilient, willing to start from the grassroots level; attentive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
b) Strong learning ability and a dedicated research spirit.
c) Self-disciplined, efficient, and punctual.
d) Proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
e) Project management experience is preferred.

(IV) Management & Other Skills:
a) Able to provide technical training to staff and manage/lead planting workers.
b) Strong communication and presentation skills.
