Brand Identity & Guidelines o Deeply understand each brand’s identity, tone, and visual language. o Maintain, update, and expand brand books with new rules, color palettes, typography, and usage examples. o Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Concept Creation o Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and events. o Provide clear creative direction to ensure assets match the brand vision. Template Development o Create master templates for digital (Amazon A+, social media, banners) and print (brochures, flyers, packaging) assets. o Ensure templates are easy to adapt for various product lines and markets. Cross-Team Collaboration o Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and events teams to understand their visual needs. o Deliver brand-consistent solutions that other designers or external partners can execute. Design Quality Control o Review and approve design work to ensure adherence to brand standards. o Provide constructive feedback to internal and external designers.
