### Job Responsibilities:
1. **Live Streaming on TikTok**: Conduct daily live streams in English on the U.S. TikTok platform. Complete the required number of live sessions and streaming hours as per company guidelines.
2. **Product Promotion and Engagement**: Introduce products, explain promotions, and interact with followers to grow and engage your audience. Increase product conversion rates by recommending and promoting items, demonstrating product features, and encouraging purchases. Maintain an active and engaging atmosphere to attract new followers while boosting loyalty among existing ones.
3. **Short Video Content Creation**: Participate in short video shoots and appear on camera for TikTok and other social media platforms. Assist in content creation and dissemination. Strong verbal communication and on-camera presence are essential, along with the ability to create a lively and engaging atmosphere.
4. **Audience Engagement and Strategy Optimization**: Develop and maintain techniques for engaging live stream followers. Adjust live streaming strategies based on audience feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content and delivery.
5. **Product Differentiation**: Actively contribute to identifying and refining product selling points, highlighting what makes the product unique.
6. **Post-Stream Analysis**: Participate in reviewing and analyzing previous live streams. Monitor competitors in the same category and adjust your streaming style and content as needed.
### Job Requirements:
1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major.
2. **Experience in Social Media Live Streaming**: Previous experience in live streaming on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook is preferred.
3. **Sales and Communication Skills**: Strong sales techniques and communication skills, with the ability to manage the entire sales process.
4. **Passion for Live Streaming**: A strong interest in the live streaming industry, with the enthusiasm to engage actively with viewers.
5. **Language and Cultural Background**: Preference for foreign nationals or those with overseas study experience. Fluency in spoken English is required; recent graduates may be considered even without extensive experience.
