进出口协调员

工作内容Job content:
1.协助执行日常零部件进出口订单操作，包括订舱、运输跟踪、单证准备及状态查询。
Assist in executing daily import and export order operations for components, including booking shipments, tracking transportation, preparing documents, and checking status.
2.协助处理大型设备进出口的相关支持工作，协调特殊运输安排，跟踪装卸进度。
Assist in handling support tasks related to large equipment import/export, coordinate special transport arrangements, and track loading/unloading progress.
3.协助准备和核对基础进出口单证，如发票、箱单、提单、报关单等，确保信息准确。
Assist in preparing and checking basic import/export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy.
4.协助办理货物的报关、报检（商检、检疫等）手续，与货代、报关行保持沟通。
Assist in handling customs declaration and inspection (commodity inspection, quarantine, etc.) procedures for goods, and maintain communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
5.协同内部计划、采购及仓库部门，跟踪物料到货情况，支持生产连续性。
Collaborate with internal planning, purchasing, and warehouse departments to track material arrivals and support production continuity.
6.协助进行货物商品归类（HS Code）查询及基础数据录入与维护。
Assist in checking commodity classification (HS Code) and entering/maintaining basic data.
7.协助整理与归档进出口相关文件，确保资料完整、易于查询。
Assist in organizing and archiving import/export related documents to ensure completeness and easy retrieval.
8.协助上级进行物流费用的初步核对与记录。
Assist superiors in preliminary verification and recording of logistics costs.
9.完成上级交办的其他进出口支持类工作，并及时反馈问题。
Complete other import/export support tasks assigned by supervisors and provide timely feedback on issues.
任职资格Qualification:
教育背景Education background:
◆大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、商务英语或相关专业优先。
Junior college degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business English or related fields.
培训经历Training experience:
◆受过生产管理、管理学、财务会计基本知识、产品知识等方面的培训。
Trained in production management, management, basic knowledge of financial accounting, product knowledge, etc.
经 验Experience:
◆1年左右进出口操作或外贸跟单相关经验，有制造业或贸易公司实习/工作经验者优先。
Approximately 1 year of experience in import/export operations or foreign trade documentation follow-up. Internship/work experience in manufacturing or trading companies is preferred.

技能技巧ability and skills:
◆了解进出口基本流程（订舱、报关、运输、单证）。
Basic understanding of import/export processes (shipment booking, customs clearance, transportation, documentation).
◆具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
◆熟练使用办公软件。
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
◆有ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle等）使用经验者优先。
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
