主要职责:
 Responsible for customer audit and third-party audit of the company's management system
负责公司管理体系的顾客审核和第三方审核
 Organization and implementation of internal audit (including system audit, process audit, layer process audit and product audit) and management review, and track closing all the open issues
内部审核（包括体系审核、过程审核、分层审核和产品审核）和管理评审的组织实施，并跟进审核的问题进行闭环跟进
 Responsible for the preparation, update and optimization of system management documents; supervise and evaluate the implementation of system documents; responsible for the management and training of document change points.
负责推动公司质量体系管理文件的编制、更新和改进；对体系文件执行情况进行监督、考核；负责文件变更点的管理及培训
 Supervise the responsible department to analyze and rectify the problems of the non-conforming items, and track and review the effectiveness of the measures.
监督责任部门对不合格项进行问题分析、整改，并跟踪和评审措施的有效性
 Implement control measures according to environmental factors and hazards, and wear personal protective equipment as required.
推进公司质量文化建设和持续改进活动
 Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
参加信息安全保护培训，遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。
任职要求
 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in material science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electric engineering and other related majors; more than 3 years of quality system management experience, with a solid management foundation of quality, experience in system audit and process audit, and experience in dealing with second- and third-party audits.
本科及以上学历，材料学、机械工程、化工、电子类等相关专业；3年以上的管理体系管理经验，具有扎实的质量管理体系管理基础，具备体系审核和过程审核经验，及应对二方、三方审核的经验
 Familiar with IATF16949 standard and core tools of the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP), master process-oriented audit methods, and have IATF16949 internal auditor qualification.
熟悉IATF16949标准和汽车工业核心工具(APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA和PPAP)，掌握过程导向审核方法，有IATF16949内审员资质
 Familiar with VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit.
熟悉VDA6.3过程审核和VDA6.5产品审核
 Good management and communication skills, ability to quickly learn new knowledge and ability to withstand pressure.
较好的管理能力、沟通能力，具有快速学习新知识能力和抗压能力
 Good command of English, read, write and speak.
英语读写和口语好
 Must have the awareness of information security protection.
