General Description
Manufacturing Engineer Technician will assist ME engineers to complete process verification, assembly production and verification, production line improvement. Job instructions and process documentation updates, field operator training, process parameter management and inspection records.协助ME工程师完成工艺验证，工装制作和验证，生产线改善。作业指导书及流程文件的更新，现场操作员的培训，工艺参数的管理和点检记录。
Key Accountabilities
l Collect data from production sites, analyze weak links in the production process, and implement continuous improvement to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
对生产现场收集数据，分析生产过程中的薄弱环节，实施持续改进以提高生产效率、降低制造成本；
l Process scheme verification, process verification, tool fixture development verification and provide technical support.
工艺方案验证、工艺过程验证，工装夹具开发验证并提供技术支持；
l Process file management.
工艺文件管理；
l Analysis of the production site and customer quality problems, proposed solutions and tracking the improvement of the results.
对生产现场以及客户出现的质量问题进行分析，提出解决措施并跟踪改善效果；
l Actively complete superior assignment tasks and track metrics within the department.
积极完成上级分配任务，以及跟踪部门内部的指标；
l Maintain good communication and collaboration with all departments of the company.
与公司各部门保持良好的沟通和协作；
l Train field operators according to instructions and process documentation. 对现场操作员根据指导书及过程文件进行培训；
l Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
参加信息安全保护培训，遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。
l The department assigns other related work.
以及部门指定其它相关工作。

Qualifications & Requirements
l College education and above, machinery-related majors.
大专及以上学历，机械相关专业
l More than 3 years of production experience in starters/generators.
3年以上起动机/发电机等生产工作经验
l Strong learning ability, good at self-learning.
学习能力强，善于自我学习
l Knowledge of manufacturing processes: welding, press winding, fastener tightening, vehicle processing, process gage, process testing, tooling self-made.
具备制造工艺流程相关知识：焊接、压装绕线、紧固件拧紧、车加工、过程量具、工艺测试，工装自制
l Understanding of Lean Principles.

l Can adapt to changes in work, has a certain ability to resist pressure.
能适应工作上的变动，具有一定抗压能力
l Computer skills, MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks.
具备电脑技巧：MS Word、Excel、AutoCAD、Solidworks
l Understand quality tools and have the ability to solve problems.
了解质量工具，具有解决问题的能力
l Must have the awareness of information security protection.
