FIT开发工程师

Job Description:
-Developing and implementing FIT solutions for new products, according to PIP process
-Projects in FIT field out of FIT Technology community
-Supporting the TS Service level 3 in machine repairs and process troubleshooting for FIT solutions
-Training of TS Service and FIT Developer newcomer
-Continuous improvement of knowledge for TS standards in FIT area to be an expert
-Contributing in improvement projects (e.g. PRIO)
-Supporting quotations of new products by providing concept for FIT solutions, with investment cost and testing time estimations
-Support ECN handling and shop in shop production
-Collect and analyze the testing data to optimize the production and support quality to improve test coverage
Qualification
-Bachelor degree as engineer or higher, majoring in electronic engineering
-Minimum of 2 years experiences in electronics testing device development
-Be familiar with Labview and TestStand or similar software development and EMS production process
-Experienced in electronic measurement HW and SW
-Demonstrated electronics troubleshooting skills
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Ability to solve complex technical issues to resolution
-Ability to effectively work in a union environment
-Good team player
