工艺工程师

JD:
1. Leading responsible for Quotation of new project.
2. Leading responsible to introduce process & coordinate on introducing machine for new project.
3. Equipment order request to PED, and follow schedule
4. Order(PR) the production equipment from external supplier(if no tool shop), Transfer and release to production.
5. Leading responsible for DFM and PFMEA activities for new project.
6. Handling of ECN and rework of project.
7. Capacity analysis of tool and equipment.
8. Ratio improvement and trouble shooting for new project.
9. Relocation of machine, transfer and release to production.
10. Set-up workplace for new dedicated machine and technology.
11. Time study on demand of product engineering and manufacturing technology team.
12. Operation in SAP, e.g. creation and modification of Routing, work center.
13. Shop floor layout design.
14. Improvement assessment, check the improvement results...
Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in mechanical, electronic or industrial engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics or related manufacturing.
3. Familiar with process of wave soldering, SMT, or related PCBA technology. prefer to have experience of assembly process, e.g. ultrasonic welding, hot riveting.
4. Problem-solving skills, analytical skills.
5. Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, like time study, line balance, activity analysis, layout design, etc.
6. Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA.
7. Knowledge and experience of lean (5S, 7 wastes, OEE, VSM, SMED, Kanban/Supermarket, Pull production and Visualization) and Six sigma
8. Knowledge and skill of project management, skill in NPI.
9. Good communication skills and team work.
10. Good command of English, both in spoken and written.
11. PC skill, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD.
