About the role:
As a warehouse specialist, you will be responsible for handling the communication with third-party warehouse service providers about the inbound and outbound of goods, and preparing the corresponding warehousing documents. Communicate with the truck team ensure that the goods are delivered to the warehouse on time and in quantity. Regularly reconcile in-stock inventory with third-party warehouses. And be part of all other warehouse related operational aspects and tasks. Work closely with our order management and shipping / export department

Job Responsiblities 工作职责：
- Communicate with the third-party warehouse for inbound, and make inbound docs and maintain / follow up booking in ERP to under the documents of the company's order and logistics department.
- Inform and supervise the third-party warehouse for tallying, picking, sorting, packing, palletizing and other matters to match the shipping requirement；
- Notify the third-party warehouse to make outbound preparations, provide shipping docs, and make outbound docs under the instructions；
- Do a good job in vehicle scheduling, arrange trucks to pick up goods at the factory, and ensure that the number of products is correct and arrive at the warehouse in time under the shipping arrangement;
- Give correct instructions to the warehouse, and regularly check with the warehouse to check the situation of the goods in the warehouse;
- Reconcile bills from third-party warehouses and fleets;
- Responsible for the custody and archiving of relevant documents;
根据公司订单和物流部的文件，针对要入库的产品与第三方外包仓库进行货物入仓沟通，制作入仓单，核对入库；
根据出运要求，通知并监督第三方仓库的理货、拣货、分货、包装、打托等事宜；
按指令通知第三方仓库做出运准备，提供出运资料，制作出仓单，核对出库；
根据出运安排，做好车辆调度工作，安排卡车去到工厂提货，确保产品数量无误且及时到库；
下达正确的指令给仓库，定期与第三方仓库盘点核实在仓物品情况；
核对第三方仓库与车队的账单；
负责相关单证的保管与存档；
Job Requirement岗位要求：
- College degree or above, major in logistics, transportation, warehousing and other related majors;
- More than 3 years of international logistics work experience, more than 1 year of warehouse work experience;
- Familiar with vehicle arrangement, warehouse in and out, inventory and other work;
- Experienced in cooperation and daily operation with 3PL warehouses and being familiar with the communication, the processes and haw to run daily business with an external warehouse service provider;
- Good data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Advantage working in trading company and/or buying office;
- Warehouse management experience related to the integration of warehousing and distribution is preferred;
- Experience in bonded warehouse operation is preferred;
- Good cross-departmental communication skills；
- Familiar with office software；
- Good English reading and writing skills；
- Be dedicated, rigorous, and careful at work, and has strong sense of responsibility；
大专以上学历，物流、运输、仓储等相关专业；
3年以上物流岗位工作经验，1年以上仓库岗位工作经验；
熟悉车辆安排、仓库进出库、盘点等工作；
具备有与仓库的合作和日常运营方面的经验，熟悉与外部仓库服务提供商的沟通，流程和日常业务；
具有一定的数据分析和解决问题的能力；
有贸易公司或者跨国采购办事处物流部经验优先；
仓配一体相关的仓储管理经验优先考虑；
有保税仓操作经验者优先；
良好的跨部门沟通能力；
熟练应用办公室软件；
良好的英文读写能力；
敬业、责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真；
