Job Responsibilities：

• Be Responsible for visual communication and deliver for our brands across all digital touch points (e.g., banners, campaign visuals, social media posts)

• Understand foreign design concepts and translate them into specific layout and visual composition requirements, while communicating design needs with third-party design companies.

• Ensure brand identity consistency across all channels
确保各渠道视觉输出符合品牌识别规范，保持统一性
• Independently manage small to medium-sized projects from ideation to execution

• Handle tasks in production preparation
处理与制作准备相关的各项任务
• Monitor and integrate current design trends and software developments
追踪并融合当前设计趋势与软件技术发展
• Identify weaknesses and develop creative solutions
主动发现设计流程或视觉表达中的不足，并提出创意解决方案

Job Requirement：
岗位要求

• Require a completed degree in graphic design or a comparable qualification
平面设计或相关专业本科及以上学历
• Possess ideally 3+ years of professional experience in coordinating commercial design projects are preferred.
具备3年以上商业设计项目协调经验者优先
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and image editing
深刻理解排版原理、色彩理论与图像处理技术
• Apply knowledge of print design and how creative materials work both online and offline
掌握印刷工艺及跨媒介创意材料的应用特性
• Utilize solid skills and knowledge in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud
具备Photoshop及Adobe Creative Cloud系列设计工具的技能知识
• Show empathy, along with strong presentation and communication skills
