项目主管 (Project Leader)

Responsibility:
1. 负责NPD和ETO项目整个生命周期内的启动、设计、执行、交付环节
2. 遵循公司政策和流程，制定项目执行计划、资源计划、风险管理计划和关键路径节点
3. 负责项目的动态管理，管控项目的成本、效率和质量，驱动按时交付作业物和资源利用率
4. 负责项目内部和公司跨部门的沟通管理，协调项目进程中的各项工作顺利进行
5. 负责团队项目报告和经验教训总结，以作团队内分享和将来参考借鉴
Qualification:
1. 电力电子、机械结构、项目管理或相关工科专业本科及以上学历，3-5年工业品相关工作背景
2. 具备完整的项目从立项、确认需求、设计执行、检验测试和交付经历
3. 组织能力强，具备较强的跨部门沟通和问题解决能力
4. 具备流利的英语口语和书面写作能力
5. 掌握基本的财务知识，熟练运用日常办公软件
6. 有PMP证书者优先考虑
As our new Project leader, you will support Sales team in incubating, developing, and industrializing our most advanced power distribution portfolio for local/global customers and partners.
You will be an important part of the development chain. This entails all the future possibilities, cross collaboration, and sparring with colleagues and teams you can dream of.
Responsibility:
1. Project management of NPD & ETO initiatives, including Kick-off, Select, DO, Implement and Release to Sell activities throughout the life cycle
2. Follow & execute corporate policies and processes to develop project execution plans, resource plans, risk management plans, and provide milestone demos per requested
3. Responsible for the dynamic project management, including budget/cost control, schedule, and quality management, and drive on-time deliverables to meet committed timeline and customer requirements
4. Responsible for the internal/external communication, not limited to corporate staffs, with customer/partners. Ensure a smooth project execution and keep key stake holders updated
5. Responsible for project review reports and lessons learned for sharing within the team and future development plans
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, project management or related engineering majors, 3-5 years of industrial products related work background
2. Have end-to-end project management experience including project initialization, requirement confirmation, design execution, inspection and testing and delivery
3. Strong virtual team management skills, strong cross-team communication, and problem-solving spirits
4. Fluent in spoken and written English
5. Good to have basic financial knowledge and be proficient in office software
6. PMP certificate is preferred
