产品经理（Product Manager）

Responsibility：
1. 负责相应产品线的市场调研、客户拜访、客户需求收集；维护和更新产品路线图，和研发工程部门对齐路线图时间表，并推动新产品和新功能的按计划上市
2. 大项目的销售支持，完成客户满意度提升所需的公司内外部工作；完成必要的市场活动工作，包括并不限于展会
3. 负责公司标准产品的信息库维护和管理，保持和加强和相关部门的密切合作
4. 负责相应产品线的报价管理，通过和销售部门、供应链及制造部门的紧密合作
5. 支持销售维系大客户的长期客户关系管理
Qualification：
1. 电力电子、机械结构相关工科专业本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作背景
2. 熟悉低压配电或机电类产品，有数据中心行业经验为佳
3. 组织能力强，具备较强的跨部门沟通和问题解决能力
4. 具备流利的英语口语和书面写作能力
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product management strategies in line with group product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement product management activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and price management for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.
● Owner of assigned product line, conduct relevant market investigation and customer visit, collect customer demand, maintain product roadmap and push R&D or Engineering to deliver products / solution to meet customer demand.
● Closely work with sales team in assigned region on technical/commercial aspects to capture more opportunities, improve customer satisfaction rate, implements the promotions through trade shows.
● Deeply dive into Product information management through close collaboration with functional teams
● Lead the price management together with Sales team and Supply Chain & manufacturing;
● Establish good relationship with key account customer for long-term cooperation.
Qualification:
● Bachelor degree or above;
● Minimum 5 years working experience in related field;
● Familiar with low voltage products and related Data Center market;
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected;
● Have good team work spirit;
● Good English and computer level.
