北京航空发动机维修有限公司（以下简称BAESL）是中国国际航空股份有限公司和罗尔斯-罗伊斯在2022成立的合资企业，双方各持股50%。新成立的BAESL逐步为罗•罗公司遄达700、遄达XWB-84和遄达1000发动机提供MRO维修支持，并计划到2030年代中期实现最大产能运行，每年可支持250台遄达系列发动机进厂维修。该设施将为国航以及大中华区及其他地区的其他航空公司客户提供MRO服务。BAESL是罗•罗公司全球维修网络的中国大陆第一家、全球第四家遄达系列合资维修公司，其组建标志着国航和罗•罗公司在民用发动机售后维修领域的合作迈出了坚实的一步。此举将丰富国航维修版块布局及扩大发动机大修能力范围，有力推动国航机务产业化发展，有效降低高推力发动机运营及保障风险，提升国航机队营运水平，进一步保障国航机队的飞行安全。同时，也将促使国航维修系统与发动机原始设备制造商一起为客户提供更高水平的具有地域优势的维修服务。Beijing Aero Engine Services Co., Ltd.(BAESL) is a 50-50% joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Air China established in 2022. The newly established company will gradually provide MRO maintenance support for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, Trent XWB-84 and Trent 1000 engines, with plans to operate at maximum capacity by the mid-2030s. It can support 250 Trent series engines into the factory for maintenance every year. The facility will offer MRO services to Air China as well as other airline customers based in Greater China and beyond. BAESL is the first joint venture company of Trent series in Chinese Mainland and the fourth in the world for Rolls Royce global maintenance network. The establishment marks a solid step forward in the cooperation between Air China and Rolls-Royce in the field of civil engine after-sales maintenance. This move will enrich the coverage of Air China's maintenance section and expand the scope of engine overhaul capabilities, effectively promote the development of the aircraft maintenance industry, effectively reduce the operation and support risk of high-thrust engines, improve the operation level of Aviation China fleet, and further protect the flight safety of the airlines’ fleet. At the same time, it will also promote Air China maintenance system and engine original equipment manufacturers to provide customers with a higher level of regional advantages of maintenance services.
