汽车内饰底盘系统尺寸设计座舱底盘商用车乘用车CATIAPOLYWORKSDTS英文工作语言内外饰尺寸尺寸链和公差叠加分析
Dimensional Engineer is responsible to define the strategy, activities, collect
all measurement data, perform the analysis and issue the report with the
Matching conclusion for Cab and Chassis parts of the truck.
•5 years + Dimensional engineering
related working experience
•Familiar with the general vehicle (Truck
or passenger car) development process
•Good understanding of Production
process and quality control would be a plus
•Familiar with DTS, GD&T, Dimension
chain and tolerance stack up analysis
•Has experience about vehicle interior and
exterior parts matching activities and related issue Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
•Good knowledge and experience about
Dimensional verification during new parts / product development (part of PPAP)
•Familiar with CATIA, Good knowledge about
Polyworks would be a plus
•English is good enough to be the working language
