软件释放管理
工作职责
- Develop a detailed release plan and align
the key timing nodes between BMS system and hardware and software and test. -
Track the open issues (to do list/bugs) for each planned released, ensure the
critical issues can be resolved before release, escalate the issue to
appropriate level in case of needed. - Maintain and baseline the release
versions and relevant documentations. - Supervise the testing phase to ensure
that the software with sufficient testing before release, including functional
testing, performance testing, and safety/security testing.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness
of the release process, collect feedback, and use it to improve future release
processes. - Identify and manage risks related to release, such as release
delays, missing defects, or insufficient resources.
- Cross departmental cooperation,
Initiating, evaluating, documenting and presenting results in the project team
and cross-department meetings; evaluating and coordinating defined solutions. -
Create reusable release documentation templates for cross-project.
- Train teams on standardized release
workflows, enhancing internal capabilities.
任职资格
- Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree
in electrical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or
similar.
- Over 3 years of working experience at
least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level.
- Deep understanding of automotive
development processes (V-Model) and procedures
- Good skill for information sorting and
analysis, good team player Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and
English.
