TPL to support general tasks 职责: 1. Planning, operative managing and following up of whole vehicle and function related development targets: development costs and unit cost, functions, maturity releases, techniques, quality, legal requirement and environment requirements for all projects. 2. Steering to reach R&D related project targets. 3. Request and follow up of requirements to respective platforms, close collaboration with Technical Project Steering in VW group. 4. Represent R&D in product committees and leading technical committees. 5. Creation and tracking of the R&D development timeline for the whole vehicle with all related R&D sub-departments. 6. Maintain China module management Handbook and China module databank. 任职要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive engineering, computer science or related 2. Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level 3. 1-2 years work experience in technical project steering, project speaker or product management. 4. Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures 5. Good English communication skills, able to work efficiently with international teams. 6. Have a teamwork spirit, good communication and coordination skills. 7. Good powerpoint and excel skills
