冲压工艺CAD
Task area:
Manage and Coordinate assigned area of ME-Hotstamping to support BU to improve products and processes and
secure future business
⁻
Main tasks:
-
To support research and development of R&D SAPCC
-
Manage tasks and projects to fulfill internal customer satisfaction respecting timing, quality and costs and
coordinate capability and capacity
-
Implement new technologies (material, joining, manufacturing) to improve products and processes to
gurantee competitiveness
-
Project Feasibility approval of new RFQ
-
CO2 optimization
-
Proto parts preparation/production
-
Support of following departments: Sales/KAM, Project management, PPF, Purchasing, Quality, Logistic,
Finance and all BUs which require relevant product and process information and support for the
implementation of new manufacturing equipment
-
Optimization of manufacturing processes and execution of process audits in production
-
Prepare, organize and follow up of internal reports and reports respecting Management Model
-
Deploying and restoring standardization of processes
Additional tasks:

Implementation and support for the deployment of new technologies on BUs
-
Visit exhibitions, congresses, suppliers and customers
-
Synergies between Sodecia divisions
-
He supports his supervisor in build up the department
-
Beside his usual tasks, he is covenant to work on single tasks, that are from his usual task nature or are
resulting from internal needs
