教务处经理/副经理/主管/高级专员（教务信息化管理）

岗位职责：
1. 结合教务处信息化规划，负责梳理和明确需求，执行信息化建设与持续优化的任务，确保按时交付并达到预期目标。
2. 协助开展教务管理工作，配合完成教务相关系统的使用和维护工作，包括开学准备、教学过程、期未考试等阶段提供及时、有效的支持。
3. 提供教务相关系统日常支持，推动教务信息化创新和实现。
4. 承接上级或部门分配的其他任务。
1. In line with the informatization planning of the Academic Regulations and Records Office (ARRO), analyze and clearly define the requirements of related information systems. Undertake the implementation and continuous optimization of informatization initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of the expected goals.
2. Assist ARRO in performing academic administration tasks. Work closely with ARRO colleagues to ensure the effective use and maintenance of teaching and learning related systems, providing prompt and efficient support during critical periods such as term preparation, instructional activities, and final examinations.
3. Provide daily support for ARRO related systems. Drive innovation and foster implementation of informatization solutions to enhance administrative efficiency.
4. Perform other tasks assigned by the superiors and the ARRO office.
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 3年以上IT项目管理经验，能够有效地规划、实施和管理信息化项目。
3. 熟悉PeopleSoft系统、Canvas等教务及教学相关系统的开发、管理与维护。
4. 具备良好中英文表达、沟通、协调和团队协作能力。
5. 具有出色的学习能力,具有较强的责任心和良好的职业道德素养。
6. 具有高校工作经验者优先。
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with proven ability to effectively plan, implement and manage information technology projects.
3. Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Canvas is required. Experience in development, administration, and maintenance of academic and teaching-related systems is preferred.
4. Strong communication in both Chinese and English, coordination and teamwork skills.
5. Excellent learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and high standards of professional ethics.
6. Work experience in a higher education institution is preferred.
