IT服务处主管（AI工程师）

一、岗位职责：
•     AI平台建设与维护
      负责学校AI计算平台（如GPU集群、云计算资源）的搭建、优化与运维
      开发和管理AI训练/推理平台，支持校内科研团队的模型训练与部署
•     AI技术支持
      为校内师生提供AI技术咨询，协助解决算法实现、数据清洗、模型优化等问题
      参与跨学科AI项目（如智慧校园、教育大数据分析、科研AI工具开发）
•     AI工具与系统开发
      开发校内AI应用（如智能问答系统、学术文献推荐、教学数据分析）
      优化AI模型部署（如TensorRT加速、ONNX转换、边缘计算适配）
•     培训与知识共享
      组织AI技术培训（如Python编程、深度学习入门、AI工具使用）
      编写技术文档，推动校内AI技术普及
• AI Platform Construction and Maintenance
Responsible for the setup, optimization, and maintenance of the university’s AI computing platforms (e.g., GPU clusters, cloud computing resources).
Develop and manage AI training/inference platforms to support model training and deployment for research teams.
• AI Technical Support
Provide AI technical consultation for faculty and students, assisting with algorithm implementation, data cleaning, model optimization, etc.
Participate in interdisciplinary AI projects (e.g., smart campus initiatives, educational big data analysis, research-oriented AI tool development).
• AI Tool and System Development
Develop in-house AI applications (e.g., intelligent Q&A systems, academic literature recommendation, teaching data analysis).
Optimize AI model deployment (e.g., TensorRT acceleration, ONNX conversion, edge computing adaptation).
• Training and Knowledge Sharing
Organize AI technical training sessions (e.g., Python programming, deep learning fundamentals, AI tool usage).
Prepare technical documentation and promote AI technology adoption across the university.
二、任职要求：
最低学历要求：硕士及以上学历
专业要求：人工智能、机器人、飞行器控制、电子与电气工程等相关专业
语言要求：具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
其他：
•     熟悉机器学习、深度学习、数据处理、数据分析等AI算法与工程；
•     有高校工作经验、海外留学经验优先考虑；
•     有良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，很强的学习能力。
此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。
Educational background: Master's degree or above
Major: Relevant majors such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Aircraft Control, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Language preference: Possess strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Others:
• Proficient in AI algorithms and engineering, including machine learning, deep learning, and data processing/analysis.
• Candidates with university work experience or overseas study background are preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and fast-learning abilities.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
