SENIOR VICE PRISIDENT - ENGINE MARKETING

We are seeking an experienced aircraft engine expert to lead and accelerate of our aircraft engine leasing & trading business. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to develop leasing strategies, establish trusted industry partnerships, and oversee all aspects of engine lifecycle management to ensure competitive offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy & Development
• Embody an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and passion to
  innovate and advance our business initiatives.
• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the engine
  leasing/trading business.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive
  positioning to drive leasing programs.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align leasing
  business goals with corporate strategy.
• Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership in engine selection, condition
  assessment, maintenance, and refurbishment.
• Oversee the development of technical standards and processes
  for leased engines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards are
  rigorously maintained.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
• Build strong relationships with aircraft engine manufacturers,
  maintenance providers, and industry partners.
• Engage with airlines, leasing companies, and financial
  institutions to support deal structuring and financing.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows,
  and stakeholder meetings.
• Operations & Lifecycle Management
• Develop best practices for engine acquisition, refurbishment,
  leasing contract management, and end-of-lease processes.
• Collaborate with service and maintenance teams to optimize
  engine uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Lead and manage shop visits with OEM and MRO facilities to
  ensure compliance with technical standards and identify operational
  improvements.
• Implement effective risk management practices covering
  technical, regulatory, and financial aspects.
• Pricing Expertise
• Demonstrated experience in assessing and determining the
  pricing of aircraft engines in various market conditions.
• Ability to integrate pricing strategies into lease structuring
  and financial planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background
• Relevant degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical
  Engineering, or a related technical field and professional qualifications
• Technical Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the aircraft engine
  industry, with strong hands-on technical expertise in engine design,
  maintenance, and performance management.
• Experience with engine overhaul programs, refurbishment, asset
  management, and lifecycle analysis.
• Business Acumen
• Proven track record in business development, product launch,
  or operational leadership within the aerospace or leasing sectors.
• Experience in structuring and managing commercial leasing
  arrangements or finance-related asset management.
• Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
  relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work
  effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  and innovation.
