Lab Manager


Main Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and overall lab organization.
· Manage and monitor the breeding, genotyping, and care of mouse colonies critical for research projects.
· Assist with project fund management, including expense tracking and reimbursement processing.
· Ensure lab safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, medicine, or a related field.
· Proficiency in English and Chinese for reading, writing, and daily communication.
· Research experience in molecular biology, cell culture, and mouse studies is preferred.
· Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
