Our primary customer base is North America, and we specialize in designing, operating, and marketing tour products for international travelers. We operate three core travel brands only, each targeting different market segments: www.ritzTours.com www.peonytours.com www.affordableworld.com As a global tour operator, we work closely across regions and time zones, with marketing, sales, and operations teams collaborating internationally. This position is based in our Shanghai office and supports marketing initiatives primarily for the North American market. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our international marketing team. This role supports marketing and promotional activities for our North America–focused travel brands, including campaign execution, content creation, and visual design. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a cross-border, English-speaking business environment, with occasional flexibility for cross-time-zone coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for the North American market. Create and design marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, newsletters, and presentations. Manage and update content for company websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and content optimization. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand positioning and campaign planning. Collaborate with sales, operations, and overseas teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports. Assist with event planning, promotions, and special marketing projects when required. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, English, or a related field. Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Hard requirement: CET-6 or above. Candidates providing valid IELTS or TOEFL scores will be given priority. Candidates with overseas study or work experience will be highly considered. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva. Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and brand consistency. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and content presentation. Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus. Previous experience in tourism marketing is a plus.
