职位描述
1、根据需求、项目规格书及行业标准，独立完成高频/工频变压器、功率电感、共模电感、电抗器等磁性元器件的方案设计；
2、制作原型并进行测试，验证产品性能并解决问题；
3、负责产品研发工艺优化与量产技术支持；
4、负责技术文档撰写和归档；
5、跨部门协作与项目推进；
6、负责完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、电力电子、电气、电子相关专业；
2、5年以上高频变压器研发经验；
3、熟悉产品一次设计和项目管理经验，良好的项目管理组织协调、沟通能力；
4、熟悉IATF16949管理体系，掌握五大管理工具的优先。
其他：
