Roles & Responsibilities 工作职责
• Responsible for equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
负责设备维修维护。
• Come with proposals to improve equipment utilization, efficiency and cost base.
能够改善设备利用率、效率并节约成本。
• Implement the equipment preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan in
EMS, and strictly follow the MI requirements.
根据 EMS 的维护计划实施设备的预防性维护,并严格遵循维护指导文件的要求操作。
• Work closely with production and PE team to reduce unplanned downtime and keep
production running smoothly.
与生产和 PE 团队紧密合作减少设备故障停机时间，保持生产正常运行。
• Responsible for 5S improvement and sustainment in assigned work area.
负责指定工作区域的 5S 改善和维持。
• Support for TPM activities and drive for continuous improvements by autonomous
maintenance with full participation.
支持 TPM 活动，通过自主维护和全员参与推动持续改进。
• Propose and implement continuous improvements（KAIZEN）, maintenance experience and
best practice sharing with team.
提出并实施生产线的持续改善，维护经验及维修成功案例分享。
• Comply with EHS management regulations, timely find and report safety risks of production
line.
遵守 EHS 管理规范,及时发现并汇报生产线的安全隐患。
• Responsible for shopfloor ESD maintenance to ensure ground wires are well connected.
负责车间 ESD 维护，确保接地线连接完好。
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
