职位描述
1、 协助起草、审核、修订公司各类合同及法律文件；
2、 负责合同管理包括但不限于合同、信函和其他法律文件；
3、 协助跟进诉讼、仲裁案件，准备证据材料、对接律师及跟进案件进展；
4、 收集、整理与公司业务相关的法律法规、政策及案例，提供法律研究支持；
5、 参与内部业务会议及外部商务谈判会议，提供法律及商务支持；
6、 协助公司日常行政事务的协调与执行；
7、 协助上级领导处理所有法律事务和其他临时工作。
任职资格：
1、 本科及以上学历，法律专业，通过国家法律职业资格考试；
2、 熟悉国内及香港《民法》、《公司法》、《建筑法》、《知识产权法》及等相关的法律；
3、 具有良好的语言和文字表达能力和较强的分析、解决问题的能力；
4、 具有优秀的英语听说读写能力，可以作为工作语言；
5、 欢迎应届毕业生。
