实验工程师

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
Filtration/Thickener/ Flotation/Grinding testing in China完成在中国的过滤/浓密/浮选/磨机实验
Primary Activities主要活动:
- Provide test work for related equipments & technologies sales for inside and outside China为国内外市场相关技术及设备的销售提供试验
- Follow up and execute related management policies and procedures 服从和执行相关管理政策和流程
- Collect project information during the test work if available 可行时在实验工作中收集项目信息
- Liaise with clients on their test work requirements 根据客户要求完成实验
- Establish technical parameters for laboratory 为实验室建立技术参考数据库
- Carry out laboratory testing for the related applications including report writing with use of multimedia presentation where applicable 完成实验操作的相关应用，包括适用时进行多媒体演示汇报
- Use data to obtain scale up to industrial equipment in association with sales staffs 把实验数据放大到工业生产以配合销售
- Maintenance of test reporting database 维护实验报告数据库
- Maintenance of the test equipment 维护室验设备
- Specific research and development projects 完成特定的研究开发项目
- Responsibility for QEHS lab procedures 符合质量、环境、职业健康安全（QEHS）的实验流程
- Follow up and collect information for the related industry technology development trend 跟踪和收集相关行业技术发展趋势的信息
- Global test application support 支持全球实验应用
- Write the test reports according to the company standards from the performed tests 根据公司的标准和试验结果撰写实验报告
- Follow up the QEHS rules and regulations, obey the company management, wear and use the personal protective equipments (PPE) properly 遵章守规，服从管理，正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品
- Attend training and be familiar with related knowledge and skills in quality, environment, occupational health and safety (QEHS) 接受培训，掌握质量、环境、职业健康安全（QEHS）相关知识技能
- Report (potential) accidents in time if any发现事故/隐患及时报告
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager 主管交代的其他工作
Competencies and Skills 胜任资格和技能:
- Bachelor degree , mineral processing major preferred 本科学历，选矿专业优先
- Has basic knowledge in Filtration/Thickener/ Flotation/Grinding technology 有过滤/浓密/浮选/磨矿技术的基本知识
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing 乐观进取且吃苦肯干，自我激励且积极主动，有良好的团队合作关系
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship 良好的人际关系和沟通技能，能获得所有必须的支持无论是内部团队还是外部协作关系
- Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs 能根据公司惯例和业务需求灵活出差
- Can exactly follow the company work process and line managers’ guide for achieving the work tasks. 能严格遵循公司的工作流程和主管的指导完成工作任务
- Can fully follow the managers and organization’s arrangement to achieve the requested task 能完全按照主管和组织的安排完成所要求的各项任务
