1）. 全英文授课，为学员制定个性化学习计划。
Teach in English and create personalized learning plans for students.
2）. 使用中文进行团队内部沟通与协作。
Communicate and collaborate with the team in Chinese.
3）. 组织并指导学生演出、比赛等音乐活动。
Organize and coach students for performances, competitions, and other musical events.
4）. 使用英语与国际学生家庭保持定期沟通。
Maintain regular communication with international student families in English.
3. 职位要求 | Requirements
1）. 持有在华合法工作许可，可长期稳定于北京发展。
Legally eligible to work in China and able to work long-term in Beijing.
2）. 具备钢琴或声乐相关专业背景。
Possess an educational background in piano, vocal performance, or a related field.
3）. 英语流利，能进行全英文沉浸式教学。
Fluent in English, capable of conducting full-immersion teaching.
4）. 中文熟练，可满足工作沟通需求。
Proficient in Mandarin to meet workplace communication needs.
5）. 擅长与儿童及青少年互动教学。
Skilled at teaching and engaging with children and teenagers.
