Job Description
1 Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns for SNAP
2 Develop marketing calendar and channel/distribution strategy by having end to end accountability of commercial delivery into market and work closely with regional/local integrated marketing team, social media, digital marketing and creative team to ensure SNAP strategy is aligned to overall AirAsia Strategy
3 Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
4 Work closely internally with Business Development team to establish channel strategy (external party) Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand
5 Enhance the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion.
6 Constantly engage with Product team to enhance the user experience
Requirements
1 Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related discipline
2 At least 3 years working experience
3 Proficient in English, written and spoken
4 Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable business results.
5 Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand data, campaign performance and business financials
6 Creative mindset with attention to detail and a growth-oriented attitude.
7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration & goodwill between different teams
8 Demonstrable passion for travel in general and with Asia in particular
