We are excited to offer an opportunity to an IT Intern who will assist in the daily operations and management of our software system platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in IT and hold a graduate degree, with a solid understanding of software systems and platforms.

Responsibilities:
● Monitor system performance and record faults when issues arise

● Collaborate with the IT team to document and change user permissions

● Assist in scheduling UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
● 协助安排 UAT
● Manage process documentation, procedure change logs, and troubleshooting step documentation

Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

● Demonstrated interest and foundation in IT and software systems
