What are my responsibilities?
1. Major in Motor / electrical engineering will be preferred .电机/电气工程专业优先
2. Good English written and spoken will be preferred. 良好的英语听说读写能力优先
- Responsible for three-phase asynchronous low voltage AC motor series electromagnetic platform design and simulation base on product requirement 根据产品要求负责三相异步低压交流电机产品系列电磁平台设计和仿真；
- Adopt the electromagnetic design to fulfill different application and parameter
optimization调整电磁设计满足不同应用要求和参数优化； - Based on motor performance/characteristic electromagnetic simulation result / type
test result to do failure analysis, and related improvement measures.
基于电机性能/特性的电磁仿真结果/型式试验结果进行失效分析并提出相应的改善措施。
- Familiar with related electromagnetic simulation tools.(e.g Maxwell, CFD, Simocalc…) .精通相关电磁仿真工具（如Maxwell, CFD，Simocalc）；
- 5+ years motor electromagnetic design experiences will be preferred . 5年以上电机电磁设计经验优先；
- Master or above degree .硕士及以上学历 ；
- Prefer to be expert in motor insulation system.精通电机绝缘系统设计；
- Be expert in motor design concept, Independ or join the series product platform design.电机设计原理，独立完成或参加过平台电磁开发；
- Be familiar with domestic and overseas motor product standard.熟悉国内外电机及产品的相关标准；
- Have unique comprehend of motor or with doctor degree in motor related area could be exception.对电机有独到理解或电机相关专业博士学位可以放宽要求；
- Permanent magnet synchronous motor related experience will be preferred.有永磁同步电机相关背景优先。
