The role. · Lead, review, and monitor tax filings, tax applications, tax accounting and reporting for Innomotics entities in China, ensuring full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. · Establish and optimize operational processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency and consistency in alignment with tax regulatory requirements and business objectives. · Lead the analysis of tax regulatory update to assess impacts on tax compliance process, and implement actionable solutions accordingly. · Support IN Tax in responding to tax audits and inquiries. · Oversee communications with tax authorities. · Build and lead a high-performance team with strong technical expertise to deliver high-quality tax compliance services. · Organize and coordinate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for internal stakeholders from IBS to strengthen understanding of tax compliance requirements. · Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Your profile. · A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation is required. · Demonstrated professional experience of at least eight years in China tax compliance and tax accounting is essential. · Prior experience within multinational corporations is required. · Proven proficiency in SAP systems is required. · In-depth knowledge of tax operational practices and PRC accounting standards is required. · Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is necessary. · Familiarity with tax-related IT systems constitutes a competitive advantage. · Exceptional communication skills and robust problem-solving capabilities are critical to success in this role. · A high degree of responsibility, proactivity, and dedication is expected. · Strong collaborative capability in cross-functional team environments is essential. · Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
