确⽴后，利⽤⼯具在全球范围内寻找合适的红⼈账号及⼈选，并主动发起沟通，建⽴与红⼈的联系。此⻆⾊将直接参与到与红⼈
的合作项⽬沟通中，准确传达品牌⽅需求，并跟进确保红⼈如期产出内容。
As a rapidly growing innovative company, Zalify is dedicated to offering advanced SAAS solutions and comprehensive digital
marketing strategies to help brands succeed internationally. We are currently looking for a proactive Overseas Influencer
Marketing BD Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for identifying suitable influencer accounts and
candidates worldwide using various tools after our influencer marketing strategy and direction have been established. The role
involves initiating communication and establishing connections with influencers, directly participating in discussions about
collaboration projects, accurately conveying the brand's needs, and ensuring timely content production by influencers.
职责：
- 在主管制定的红⼈营销策略和红⼈⽅向指引下，使⽤⼯具全⽹搜索适合的红⼈账号及⼈选。
- 主动与红⼈发起沟通，建⽴联系，并清晰描述合作项⽬及品牌⽅需求。
- 跟进红⼈内容产出的进度，确保按时完成质量达标的视频内容等。
- 协助团队优化红⼈合作流程，提升效率和成果。
Responsibilities:
- Search for suitable influencer accounts and candidates across the web using tools, following the influencer marketing strategy
and direction set by the supervisor.
- Proactively communicate with influencers to establish connections and clearly describe the collaboration projects and brand's
needs.
- Follow up on the progress of content production by influencers, ensuring the timely completion of quality video content, etc.
- Assist the team in optimizing the influencer collaboration process to enhance efficiency and results.
要求 Requirements：
- ⽆⼯作经验要求
- 接受全⽇制本科及以上，在校最后⼀年的学⽣实习⽣申请。
- 具备良好的外语（英语、法语、西班⽛语均可）沟通能⼒。
- 具有较强的流程管理和逻辑思维能⼒。
- 积极主动，愿意学习新知识和技能，适应快节奏的⼯作环境。
- 优秀的团队合作精神和跨⽂化⼯作能⼒。
- No work experience required.
- Open to last-year full-time undergraduate students for internship applications.
- Good communication skills in foreign languages (English, French, Spanish are all acceptable).
- Strong process management and logical thinking abilities.
- Proactive and willing to learn new knowledge and skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent team collaboration spirit and cross-cultural working capability.
