**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified English teacher to join our team , an international high school known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic education. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to high school students, fostering a love for reading and writing, and preparing students for international examinations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Teach English language and literature courses to high school students, A-level lessons, adhering to the curriculum guidelines.
- Develop lesson plans and materials that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles.
- Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Prepare students for international English language proficiency tests such as A-level, TOEFL, IELTS, or SAT.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English language teaching.
- Contribute to the extracurricular life of the school, such as clubs, sports, or cultural events.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- A recognized teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at school , preferably in an international setting.
- Native or near-native English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with international curriculum standards (e.g., IB, A-Level, AP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
- The ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
