研发工程师（电磁阀产品）

The Job Design concept and product acc. to internal / external requirements. Note: better to be
capable with sensor and PCB application with valve design.
 Initiate benchmark, analyze competitor products, initiate patent research.
 Use the design tools to ensure the components’ functionality, like the magnetic force,
responds time, structure reliability.
 Make the tolerance stack up, output the assembly and components drawings.
 Review design and development with internal / external partners.
 Assure the feasibility for assembly by alignment of the drawing requirements with
prototype/ production and together make the PVP to validate the key manufacture
parameters.
 Working with purchasing and quality department to develop qualified suppliers and
ensure the components with qualified performance.
 Take the responsibility of DVP, release the product’s function and durability performance.
 Be responsible for the creation and update of DFMEA.
 Support application, production, supplier to meet quality, cost and timeline targets.
 Check special release requests from production, suppliers and provide recommendations.
 Support quality in case of quality complaints.
