Main Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end technical support for company products, spanning the entire cycle from pre-sales technical presentation, product selection and solution evaluation to post-sales debugging and assistance. Alignment with the global team to ensure that customer customization requirements are accurately communicated to the overseas project team, thereby guaranteeing on-time project delivery. Assist customers with on-site product installation, API interface debugging, troubleshooting, quality issue tracking and follow-up to facilitate prompt internal resolution, as well as test report preparation. Develop technical documentation (e.g., debugging instructions) and produce marketing materials including video tutorials. The Incumbent: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on independent experience in relevant electrical engineering projects. Proficient in the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of linear motors; experience in mechanical design is preferred. Experience with 2D drafting using AutoCAD or similar software. Experience in 3D modeling and drafting using ProE/Creo or SolidWorks. Experience with electrical design software; experience with (.NET, C++, or Python) is a plus. Working knowledge of driver commissioning; practical project experience preferred. Excellent communication and rapid problem-solving skills. Business-level English proficiency. Willingness to travel as needed.
