Purchasing Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• reporting to purchasing Dept. Head in Bury China Tianjin factory
• co-organizing purchasing process and system – for direct and indirect components and services – based on the company’s concept
• executing purchase orders with suppliers – based on demand plan or requisition, issuing purchase orders, monitoring components timely delivery, optimal stock control
• organizing and participating in communication with suppliers – ongoing contacts, emails, meetings, negotiations, business trips
• searching for potential suppliers and assessing their potential, co-development of supply base
• executing compliance requirements, legal and regulatory, e.g. sustainability
• efficient cooperation with BURY’s Purchasing Management and with BURY’s Logistics departments in BURY Poland and Mexico
